Write a short note on Gulliver in Liliput

Lemuel Gulliver initially sets sail from Bristol on Captain William Prichard's ship. The voyage is prosperous until a terrible storm knocks the ship off its course and directs it towards the northwest of Van Diemen’s Land. A few days later, the ship hits a rock, and Gulliver, along with five members of the crew, lowers a smaller boat into the water to flee from the main ship. The small vessel is then overturned by a robust wind, and Gulliver manages to swim to shore. He also mentions that he does not know what happened to the other members of the crew. Gulliver finishes up swimming onto the island of Lilliput. After Gulliver awakens to get that he has been tied down by a race of miniature humans, he is transported on an excellent engine to an ancient temple outside of the city's metropolis. Gulliver is chained and housed inside an abandoned ancient temple. Eventually, Gulliver is granted liberty, and his chains are removed. He remains outside of Mildendo, the city's metropolis, until he is given special permission from the emperor to enter the town .
