(ii) Panchayat Samiti - There are 341 Panchayat Samitis in West Bengal. Each Panchayat Samiti has a total of 50 seats, which are divided as follows:
Pradhan - 1 seat
Samiti Member - 49 seats
(iii) ZillaParishad - There are 20 ZillaParishads in West Bengal. Each ZillaParishad has a total of 825 seats, which are divided as follows:
Chairman - 1 seat
Member - 824 seats

The Panchayat Election in West Bengal 2023 was held on July 8, 2023.
