Air India Plane Crash: that horrific scene of only 4 minutes
Ahmedabad, India: A tragic accident occurred with Air India's Dreamliner Flight AI 171 aircraft after flying from Ahmedabad on Thursday. Within just four minutes of flying, the aircraft lost contact with the ATC (Air Traffic Control), after which it fell down and the entire area was shaken with a severe explosion.
When and where did the accident happen?
The unfortunate incident occurred after the aircraft took off at 1:34 pm on Thursday afternoon. Exactly at 1:38 pm, the aircraft lost contact. The accident occurred at a distance of only 7 kilometers and 19 minutes after the aircraft took off in Ahmedabad, when the aircraft was flying at a speed of 322 kilometers per hour at an altitude of about 600 feet.
Initial investigation of accident and horrific moment
Initial investigation has revealed that Pilot Subir Sabarwal had realized a mechanical malfunction in the aircraft soon after taking off. He immediately called the "MAYDAY" to the ATC, which is a sign of a large disaster. However, the pilot could not get any response from the ATC due to the breakdown of contact and the plane crashed within four minutes.
A horrific video of the accident has also revealed, which was recorded from the roof of a house. It can be seen that after the aircraft takes off at a small height, suddenly starts to come down and in a few moments it becomes a fireball with a loud explosion and terrible sound.
