It is hereby notified for information to all concerned that our school has decided to help the poor students of the district by its Golden Jubilee font setup. This month has marked the completion of long 50 years of our renowned and esteemed schools 15 year glorious, the school cultural committee has decided to help the poor students of the whole district.

Though many of us think that everyone of our district is literate, yet there are millions who only dream of going to school. To extend help at least to a small segment to those millions this decision has been taken. As a student, it is our duty to help other students. In these circumstances, all the students of our school are requested to donate something to this fund so that they may indirectly help their counterpart.

Students may give the money to the undersigned on or before 30th August in the school office between 4:00p.m - 5:00 p.m. Students participation is highly solicited.

👉 Organizing a COVID -19 vaccination camp - Notice Writing

Q. Write a notice, on behalf of the secretary of your local club, for the public to make them aware of the ‘COVID -19 vaccination camp’ and request them to take the COVID -19 vaccine dose to eradicate the disease at its roots. Also let them know the venue, time and date of the ‘vaccination camp’.

It is hereby notified for information to all concerned that our club is going to organize a COVID -19 vaccination camp. Amongst the deadly virus perhaps Corona virus alpha and Corona virus beta variants have got its name. And the diseases caused by them are very dangerous causing many premature deaths. In our country especially in our state this harmful viruses have many times acted as a death trap to many miserable fellows. Though it’s a dangerous disease, it spreads only due to human carelessness, in cognizance and stupidity.

It is supposed to be air-borne disease, though blood to blood contact may also spread the disease. However, some easy preventive methods such as wearing mask when need to going out or frequently sanitize hands and face of an individual etc. can totally prevent their diseases. Vaccinations of these diseases are available which can effectively prevent the disease.

So, in the circumstances, our club for the safety of people in our locality has decided to give free vaccines to everyone and will organize a camp where distractions will be given. Efficient and renowned doctors and nurses will handle this task and thus everybody in this locality is thereby requested to come here to get this vaccine in time which may save our lives in future.

The camp will be opened for four hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will continue for five days from 15th August to 20th August at the club premises.
