    Dear Avinash,

I hope this letter finds you in fine fettle. I am writing to you after our mother confided to me that you have been missing your friends and family badly at the hostel.

Dear brother, you have got this rare opportunity to study at such a reputed boarding school; every child would love to get this opportunity. As far as your absence from your friends and our family is concerned, I am sure you will get used to your new life pretty soon. You are a strong boy who is capable of adapting according to situation. You will have wonderful new friends and caring teachers here.

I promise you during the monthly visits, I will be accompanying them to see you. I would advise you to focus on your studies and co-curricular activities. You can stay in touch with your friends on Facebook or Whatsapp during the one hour you get every day to operate internet. I hope you will soon begin to feel at home here to, just give yourself a little time. The rest is fine. I will be daily sending you mails. Lots of love to you!

                                                                                            Yours elder brother,

    My Aim in Life

👉 My Aim in Life (Short Essay)

“If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.” -Albert Einstein

It is well-said by Albert Einstein. To have a good life, it is essential to set a goal and start working on it from the beginning. Whatever we aim for, our lives should be designed around it. Some people aim to become doctor and some want to be engineer. Every goal is achievable if we work hard.

I want to be a teacher when I grow up. My goal is clear and my vision is vivid. I want to educate people. Science is my favorite subject. It always opens my mind to new dimensions. I want to be a science teacher who practically teaches students, along with theory.

Teachers help not only few people but they have power to educate whole generation. I want to transfer my ideas to one generation. I know one man has power, but we can change whole nation if others also join in. I want to teach good ethics along with my subject to improve our lives and others. I am sure that I will achieve my goal because I am determined.

    Autobiography of a Banyan Tree

👉 Autobiography of a Banyan Tree

I am an old Banyan tree and I am writing my autobiography.

I was born on 26th January, 1814. I have a faint recollection of my infancy. Actually people fail to imagine the age of a Banyan tree like me because they generally fail to calculate it as they lack knowledge. I don’t like to accuse them; instead I would like to inspire them to take preparation to celebrate my bi-centenary.

First a tree cannot be sure of anything about its birth. If is said that a certain bird while eating a bunch of banyan cones dropped some seeds on the ground where I stand new. I was born of one of those seeds I remained cold and low throughout winter and one fine morning, in spring. I opened my eyes and smiled upon the sun. Gradually, I grew into a plant a young plant to sustain life upon earth in a fully-fledged manner and contributing whatever I can for the society and the environment.

    Your School Library

👉 Your School Library - Paragraph

Library is a room where the books on different subjects are kept. Everyone should read books including the students because only text books cannot provide us with knowledge.

Those who cannot buy the books must read them from the library. Students should ‘take the books from school library and read it. I am a student of class fifth.

My school has a very big library. It has books on various subjects and they are arranged in the almirahs class wise. There are chairs and tables in the library.

A library has certain rules which we are supposed to follow. We should remain quiet in the library. The books are issued for just a week and then it is given back to the librarian in proper condition.

A library is very useful to us. We should read books. Reading books is a very good hobby. Books are our best friends. They help us a lot by giving knowledge.

👉 Thoughtless felling of trees – Dialogue Writing

    Thoughtless felling of trees

👉  Dialogue between a teacher and a student on ‘the thoughtless felling of trees’

Ramesh (student): May I come in Ma’am?

Teacher: Yes please! Ramesh why are you so late today in the class? Be careful next time. Today we are going to discuss on the man’s cruelty to nature by felling trees thoughtlessly.

Teacher: Trees and forests are our valuable resources. They provide us with oxygen, food and shelter. Ramesh! What do you think about felling of trees?

Ramesh: I love trees and it is painful for me to see them cut down.

Teacher: But how will you get wood? Wood is needed for making furniture paper, bags and many things. Is it not?

Ramesh: Yes mam. But we can use alternatives like recyclable paper and bags.

Teacher: Do you think that, it will replace the trees cut down?

Ramesh: No mam. But we can plant more plants. For every tree cut down two seeds must be planted. Also unnecessary and illegal felling of trees must be avoided.

Teacher: Good. Trees are major determinant of climate. They purify water, conserve biodiversity and are a good source of medicine. So it is our responsibility to protect them.
