Early morning exercises refer to yoga and other exercises that are done in fresh air during early hours of the day. Early morning is the time when we get up from bed and plan for our daily activities. Exercises during this period keep up physically fit and mentally alert. Yoga and some other exercises of hands and legs, head and body, revitalize our energy and embolden our capacity take up difficult challenges of our daily life. We know that the health is wealth. And early morning exercises can only keep us active, sane, sound, healthy and fit throughout the day.
