How potato chips are made

Potato chips are very popular with everyone, big or small. But it is very easy to make crispy potato chips at home from the unhealthy environment outside. And potato chips are very popular among children. So let's know how to make these crispy potato chips-

Ingredients for making potato chips

* 2 large size potatoes

* Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

* Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

* Normal salt -1 / 2

* Testing Salt-1 pinch

* Oil - for frying

Method of making potato chips

First we have to peel the potatoes and wash them well. Now with the help of a knife we have to cut into thin rounds.

At this time, care must be taken that the size of the potatoes are all the same, no matter how big or small. Immediately after cutting, these potatoes should be dipped in water.

If not dipped in water, the potato will turn black. In this way all the potatoes have to be cut into thin pieces. Now the sliced potatoes need to be washed well 4 to 5 times. Then take the cold water from the fridge in a large bowl.

Now we have to add a little salt in the water. Then we have to mix salt with this water with the help of a spoon. Then put the washed potatoes in water. It should be kept in water for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, pick up the potatoes on a tissue or cloth. Now we have to wait for all the water to dry from this potato. When the water is dry, we must put oil in a pan on the oven.

When the oil is hot, it should be washed and dried. Then fry the potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes with patience.   

Then keep the stove on medium heat. Then the color will come in the potatoes. These potatoes should be picked up on a tissue paper when the potatoes are fried well.

Now we have to make a spice. We have to take a bowl for it. Then mix together one by one with a spoonful of salt, chaat masala, chilli powder, testing salt and normal salt.

Now sprinkle this spice on the chips while they are still slightly warm. Once the spice is sprinkled, it should be turned upside down by hand. Then wait for it to cool. When it is cold, we will see crispy potato chips, just ready to taste.
