The Vallecas Case | the First Acknowledged Ghost Case in World History

Various stories have been going on for ages to prove the existence of souls and spirits. Science has never accepted ghosts or ghosts because science is dependent on evidence but it is possible to prove the existence of souls. But a police file in Madrid, Spain has written about a case that has no explanation.

There is a movie on Netflix based on this case, “Veronica”, it is said that this movie is so scary that it is possible for everyone to watch the whole movie. In a house in Madrid, the evidence of this whole incident is only the residents of that house or the neighborhood, but the Madrid police, intelligence agencies are all witnesses.

It is the first natural phenomenon in the world to be officially recognized in Spain.

The origin of the incident is in a place called Vallecas in the south of the city of Madrid, Spain. There is a house in the street of Luismarine in which the Gutierrez family used to live. During the 1990s, everything was going well in the house of the Vallecas.

In 1990, when Estefanía Gutierrez Lázaro was eighteen years old, a change was noticeable in her. Estefanía started walking around the house suddenly, scratching the walls of the house. Estefanía's health continued to fail every day, one night Estefanía's sister attacked on her brother Maxi. Being forced, her parents had to ask Estefanía about wrong happened to her.

Estefanía said that shortly after sleeping she saw a black shadow in the house and then did that. Estefanía’s parents search the house thoroughly. They find several old books on a shelf in the house. The books mainly contained supernatural worship, black magic, summoning spirits. These books were removed from her parents' house, thinking that their daughter might behave well as earlier.

But from the next night, the same old things happened again. Estefanía screamed in the middle of the night, ran around the house and did other strange things. Her parents forced her to go to the local Catholic Church. Everything is reported. But the priest tried a lot and could not heal Estefanía.

Then, Stephen's parents were taken to the doctor. All tests showed Estefanía to be perfectly healthy with no problems. However, on July 14, Estefanía was admitted to the hospital for further tests. Within three and four days of hospitalization, Estefanía died suddenly. An autopsy revealed that Estefanía died of sudden asphyxia. The doctors knew that Stefan had no disease. As a result, the hospital authorities were also surprised by this whole incident.

After Estefanía’s Catholic funeral, Estefanía’s father cleans Estefanía’s room thoroughly. A few weeks passed like that. One night, suddenly, screams were heard from Stephaner's house. The next morning, when her father opened the house, he found everything in the house covered with scratches. The haunted room is strangely cold, but the temperature is normal in the rest of the house. Stephan's parents closed the room after cleaning everything.

The same thing happened, the sound of shouting, the sound of throwing everything in the house. In the meantime, three teachers from Estefanía's school came to the house to talk to their parents. One of them told his parents that Stephan had a close girlfriend at school.

A few months ago, the girlfriend's boyfriend died suddenly in an accident. Estefanía’s girlfriend was very broken at heart. He said that one day he saw Estefanía with his girlfriend and two other girls sitting on a wooden box behind the school and doing something together. Then he asked them what was going on.

In an answer Estefanía informed the teacher that they were trying to summon the spirit of the girlfriend's lover. Immediately, the teacher dropped the box and glasses and sends them back to school from their gatherings. The teacher further announces that as soon as she dropped the glasses, something like a white wash slips into Estefanía's nose. Then Estefanía's parents understand what happened to the girl? The same thing happened every night for the next two years.

On the evening of November 1, 1992, about two years later, Estefanía’s parents entered their daughter's room. There was a picture of Estefanía on the wall. Suddenly, the picture fell in front of them. Estefanía’s father hung the picture on the wall and it fell again. Then the father took the picture and suddenly Estefanía’s face was burned in the picture. No other part of the picture is burned, only the face is burned. This picture can be found by searching the Internet.

After this incident, Stephen's father completely closed the house with people from outside and put heavy furniture outside the door. That night, there was the most noise in the house compared to the past two years. The next morning, the door of the house is seen opened.  After that, Stephan's parents decided to leave the house with their two remaining children. That night, Estefanía’s mother felt the she was strangled by the person sitting on top of her while she was sleeping.

The police officers come to the house to investigate. The police are standing on the balcony of Estefanía’s room and they heard the screaming from the bathroom. The police officer, José Negri felt a cold breeze inside the room. Estefanía’s parents told the police that every night their young son Max has two beds in the room. While Max sleeps in one bed at night, he sleeps in the other during the day. One day, Estefanía’s father played the piano and he saw with his own eyes how the strong wind takes Max to another bed at night.

The police did not believe this at first. A neighbor couple of Gutierrez family stayed at Estefanía's house that day and night. Strange things happen in front of him and Max moves to another bed under the influence of the strong wind. The next day means 27th November 1992, the police made a report about the incident.

It was reported that there was an incident that could be explained about the House No. 8 on Lewis Marine Road in Vallecas. When this information came to the media, many organizations came to search here, but no one could explain the incident. The police instructed Estefanía's parents to move to another place. Estefanía's parents did too. Nothing ever happened to them when they moved to another place.

The Vallecas case stands out as one of Spain's most renowned instances of paranormal activity. National police officers, typically not easily swayed, meticulously documented the events without any prior knowledge of what had occurred in the apartment. Subsequently, Estefanía's mother underwent a psychological evaluation, revealing indications of emotional instability, anxiety, and a desire for attention. This suggests that she may have potentially exaggerated the magnitude of the witnessed events in some way.

However, it is important to note that the events described in the police report were entirely separate from the mother's narratives. These events should be regarded as objective facts, as they were independent occurrences that undeniably took place.
