Why Donate Blood?

Who Can Donate?
If you are between the ages of 18 and 65, weigh at least 110 pounds, and are in good health, you are eligible to donate blood. Please bring a valid ID with you.
Refreshments and Appreciation:
We value your contribution, and as a token of our appreciation, refreshments will be provided to all donors. Additionally, each donor will receive a certificate of appreciation.
