Respected Sir,

                I most humbly beg to state that I was absent from school and could not attend the classes from October 20 to October 23, due to viral fever. I consulted the doctor, took medicine and now I am fit for school.

                I would, therefore, pray to you that kindly grant me leave of absence for those days only. Doctor's certificate is also attached with this application.
