Suggestion for Annual Exam 2022

Class-XI, English-B (WBCHSE)

Session – (2022 – 2023)

The subject wise suggestion especially 'Class XI English Suggestion – 2023' to the students is not definite for the annual examination. Here is just a question paper outline of 'Class XI Annual Exam, 2022 – 2023'.

If you rely only on suggestions before the exam without paying attention to the English subject throughout the year, the chances of passing the exam are very slim. So if the students practice the entire English subject syllabus carefully, there is no need for suggestions.

Here 'Class XI English Suggestion – 2023' is only an outline of possible question papers. This is not an exam paper. Therefore, the request to the students should not be completely dependent on the '11th Class English Suggestion - 2023'. I myself do not believe in this suggestion.

👉 Suggestion for Class - XI (2022 – 2023) – Story Writing

(i) A little girl- got many gifts on her birthday- uncle give money to buy toys- next day, the girl went to the market- saw a little boy begging with his mother- both pale and hungry- the girl felt dad- bought food for the boy and his mother- spent all money for them- on return, uncle asked about the boy I fin bought joy instead of toy, the girl replied.

(ii) A man lost a bag of 40 gold coins- told his friend about the incident- did not mention the number of coins- his friend’s son finds air bag of footy gold coins- hence it over to the owner- the man falsely claims that the bag contained 50 gold coins- accuses his friend’s son of stealing 10 gold coins- the matter moves to the court- the charge keep the verdict that the bag did not belong to the man as it had 40 and not 50 gold coins- the man realizes his mistake and repents for having told a lie.

(iii) An orphan lived with his aunt- she loved him but never scolded him even for his wrong- he stole a book one day from school but was not reviewed by the Ant- she became a seasoned thief - he was caught one day and sentenced to imprisonment - the aunt came to see him - he called her near him and bit up one of her ears- he told others that the aunt was the cause of his fall.

(iv) An ant on a hot day – felt thirsty- found a stream- fell into it and about drowning- A dove saw- drop a leaf to save the ant- the ant climbed on it and was saved- after some days the dove was in danger- a man trying to suit it- the ant bit the man and he saved the dove.

Advertisement (not more than 50 words) (one out of Two) 5 marks

(i) You want to sell an office. Draft an advertisement in a reputed daily announcing the same with details.

(ii) Develop a newspaper advertisement in not more than 50 words announcing the loss of your Madhyamik Admit Card and Marksheet.

(iii) A leading private bank once smart hard working executives for marketing its financial products. Write an advertisement being a bank manager.

(iv) A Tele Centre requests tele-caller. Draft the advertisement.

Commercial Leaflet (not more than 50 words) (One out of two) 5 marks

(i) Prepare a commercial leaflet in not more than 50 words. To open a publishing company named Rupkotha Publisher to promote their books for Class XI and XII.

(ii) Drop a commercial leaflet it in not more than 50 words in Malick jewellers who sells attractive gems and jewelries giving a discount of 20% to 40% for each product for this month.

(iii) You have to prepare a leaflet for your uncle who is starting of a computer training school.

(iv) A reputed car company opens it newsroom at Bhagwati. Drop a commercial leaflet with special features of the showroom.
